I'm a ICT personnel based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I graduated from the University of Dodoma(UDOM).

I'm an IT support technician with about 4yrs in IT Infrastucture, Cyber Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery management, Servers and Storage solutions.

My IT Support experinced came from accomplishment of projects within the specific time and top client support at various top clients as CRDB Bank, DTB Bank, Reliance Ins, TIPER, ORXY Energies. through the years I have learned to deliver top quality support and values to a customer's business.
